Knowingly or recklessly obtaining or disclosing personal data without the consent of the data controller.

Responding to a query submitted by Causeway Coast Community a PSNI spokesperson said; "The Police Service of NI undertook a criminal investigation into an incident on 24th January 2019 and a file was submitted to the Public Prosecution Service."

A former security employee of a Coleraine supermarket is also due to appear on the same charge.

All three are to appear before Coleraine Magistrates Court sitting in Ballymena Magistrates on 4th August 2022.
